Impressions from PSL’s first Node.js workshop

Earlier this week, we went over last month's very successful open-door Node.js workshop, held at Medellin's innovation hub, Ruta N. The event spanned 6 hours, had over 200 attendees, and featured celebrated PSL speakers as well as node.js guidance from seasoned experts from the city's node community.

Participants left with new and exciting concepts to apply in their own node.js projects, as well as a base understanding of the technology, which PSL hopes will spur further experimentation and innovation in the region. PSL's Head of Technology, Sebastian Velez shares his thoughts on microservices, node.js, and more in the interview below:

PSL fully intends to continue offering these types of events in the future, and hopes to expand into other cutting-edge topics and technologies.
