Alejandro brings passion and zest to our relationship with our clients. He is deeply familiar with US business culture, and has engrained a spirit of open communication and entrepreneurship at PSL. Alejandro holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. During his time at PSL, Alejandro has scaled and driven the growth of PSL’s proprietary, cloud-based business management software, Loggro. He also oversees PSL’s international business development strategy and the expansion of marketing operations.
One of Latin America’s luminaries in software engineering, Jorge has 40+ years of experience in the field. He has seen everything from the mainframe to the mobile and remains ever curious, speed reading 4 books a week and always looking for new ways to engineer software faster and better. Jorge has 4 university degrees (software engineering, electronical engineering, finance and marketing) and was named one of the top 50 emeritus alumni in the 20th century by his alma mater.
Lina loves adventure sports and for many years used to drive a motorcycle to work. Lina has the toughest job of all: keeping over 700 engineers, and dozens of project fronts, buzzing and on track. Lina holds a BS in software engineering and a Masters Degree in software engineering. She is as smart as a whip.
From founding IT startups to working on large-scale enterprise projects with Fortune 500 companies, Sebastian has built an impressive resume in a short amount of time. He has been in the industry for more than a decade, with experience as a developer, software architect, scrum master, and college professor. Sebastian leads PSL’s innovation lab, training programs and oversees all engineering projects from a technical standpoint - no small feat. When he’s not busy with PSL, he’s competing in Tetris championships.
Camilo is focused on building long-term value for clients by leveraging PSL capabilities. It’s his goal to drive a sustainable, culture-first approach to growth. Prior to PSL, he was working on global private/public initiatives to leverage technology in the health, infrastructure, energy, and telecommunications industries. When he’s not working or advising, he is spending time with his family, reading, riding his motorcycle, or rocking out on the electric bass.
